Cabdidate Mitch Greene

Mitch Greene is a third-generation attorney, born and raised in the greater Seattle area. In 1989, he graduated from Queens College, CUNY, with dual bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Communications. He then earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Puget Sound (now Seattle University) in 1992.

During law school, Mitch worked as an attorney under Washington’s "Rule 9" program, which allowed him to practice in court under the supervision of an experienced attorney. He was involved in one of the early cases addressing battered women’s syndrome, contributing to the preparation of a clemency petition in a 1991 clemency petition to the Governor of Washington State.

Upon graduation in 1992, Mitch joined the firm where he had been working as an associate, handling a diverse range of cases. His work spanned from criminal cases, including attempted murder and drive-by shootings, to civil matters like trademark infringement and family law motions. Mitch was instrumental in shaping the niche of traffic law relating to infractions in Washington State.

In 1999, Mitch opened his own practice, which has since been highly successful, specializing in criminal defense, infractions, and personal injury law. Throughout his 35-year career, Mitch has conservatively handled over 20,000 contested hearings, along with numerous criminal motions, hearings, trials, and civil matters. For more information, visit his office website: https://www.speedinginseattle.com

Outside of his legal career, Mitch enjoys a fulfilling family life alongside his wife of 37 years. They have raised three children and now enjoy being grandparents to three grandsons. When he's not working, Mitch is an avid golfer, scuba diver, and runner, having completed nine marathons, including two Boston Marathons.
